Perform the uninstall process and open a request for Access and License Requests (demonstrations) (https://medicalharbour.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new), select your Request Type as Change License and then Unlink license, fill in the following data to be requested. When the disassociation takes effect, repeat the Athena Hub installation process with your key.
Or you can perform the procedure yourself, using the steps below:
- Access the website:
https://api.medicalharbour.com/ - Log in with login/password that user registered when installing Athena Hub:
- Select the HWID of the computer you want to dissociate the license from:
- Ready! The license is decoupled from the old computer and you can reapply it
via the key on the new computer (or a reinstallation on the same
equipment).
